"Sosio" Oil
Extra virgin olive oil produced in the Sosio Valley by Azienda Agricola of Guella brothers.
The olives, Nocellara and Biancolilla varieties, are harvested in the morning and pressed the same evening using cold extraction to respect the organoleptic properties.
Cold extract - 100% Italian
Superior category oil.
Unfiltered, naturally decanted, obtained directly from olives and and exclusively through mechanical procedures.
From italian olives of cultivar Biancolilla, Nocellara e Cerasuola.
